To ensure the right property is allocated to the right tenant we require all applicants to complete a housing application form, your details will then be stored and you will be notified once a suitable property becomes available. Once an application form has been completed we will obtain references and carry out credit checks. A tenancy will only be granted subject to satisfactory references.
Viewings can be carried out at most times and will always be accompanied by a member of staff who can assist you in filling out your application or answer any queries you may have.
Rents are quoted per calendar month and we request that these are paid by direct debit either weekly or monthly or in cash at our office. On commencement of the tenancy we require one months rent in advance or a top up (this being the difference between any housing benefit received and the total amount of the rent).
A bond equal to one months rent is also required as well as a non refundable administration fee of £65. The bond is then placed into a secure bank account with Tenancy Deposit Solutions under new government legislation.
